By simple process to lose weight is to drink cold water before eating meal and also eating vegetables in short you can start to be a vegetarian person to achieve your goal to lose your weight..eating fruits,drinking juice full in fiber and also exercise.

In order to use more calories than you consume, you either have to eat fewer calories, burn more calories through exercise, or a do combination of both.

Exercise helps however make make sure you you do not overexert your self
Do not exercise in extreme temperatures too.
Take in a lot of fruits and vegetables. Taking in lot of fluids but do not overload the body with too much water because it may cause increase blood pressure.
